let ProfilePreview accept and relay identities to ContactMe #680

@bkochendorfer I think this might fix the ContactMe button not showing secondary identities in #679. Would you be willing to help me try this out a test env? There's two Contact Me buttons, one on the user profile page and one in the org tree for that user.

I tried testing on dev, but I guess org trees aren't enabled there. Onward to test, then?

Pulled this into the main branch as 33a36b8f17547b5dee64314617b5bb6e68825ae1 and will test in staging.
