Mozillians.org Brand/Sign Up Iteration #125

As follow up to #67:

Sharing a further iteration of the sign up UI for what is currently Mozillians.org. In this version we move away from highlighting this experience as 'Mozillians' and focus instead on a single sign up portal that aligns with the new brand (and the SSO experience).

Will be talking this iteration through with the ParSys team tomorrow. Ideally we will identify next steps for brand alignment + new sign up implementation.
