Perform RP Cutovers to Auth0 SSO #129

Execute the IAM SSO Property Migration Plan in accordance with the following groups:

[x] #130 Group 0 - Stage and Dev instances that are managed by IT or InfoSec
[ ] #131 Group 1 - Managed within IT (InfoSec, WebOps)
[x] #132 Group 2 - Vendor support required, high visibility/risk
[ ] #133 Group 3 - Cutover coordinated independently

Cutovers may be verified using the following URL: https://github.com/mozilla-iam/sso-dashboard-configuration/blob/master/apps.yml

Search in the page for "op: auth0" to locate the apps that have successfully been cutover
