Go through Duo backlog of new user and ensure they're in the everyone group, after https://github.com/mozilla/login.mozilla.com/pull/24 is closed/deployed #158

The pr at https://github.com/mozilla/login.mozilla.com/pull/24 is now in production

All users that weren't in the group are now assigned. @tristanweir emailed users that had used phone call to inform them of the change
