Determine RP cutover strategy

Cutover priority to be determined according to recent usage metrics for each application, along with an assessment of the technical complexity required for transitioning to the Auth0 SSO process

In an effort to reduce the risk of the cutover activities having an adverse impact on the end-user communities a phased approach will be implemented

• Group 0 - Low complexity/risk Stage and Dev instances of RP’s that are managed within IT (InfoSec, WebOps)
• Group 1- Small-Medium complexity/risk RP’s that are managed within IT (InfoSec, WebOps)
• Group 2 - Medium-High risk, high visibility/usage, RP’s requiring 3rd party vendor support
• Group 3 - Cutover to be coordinated between InfoSec and system owners independently
• All remaining application cutovers will be coordinated independently
