Does not work with newer versions of lua-resty-openidc #44

I tried 1.7.3 and 1.7.4 could not get either to work.

1.7.4 gave me the error described here.

1.7.3 refused to install because lua-resty-session (I think) had already placed a file it expected to place... or something like that.
