This removes the IntranetWiki group and replaces it with a swath of teams, with the intention being "all employees". There's history in that bug.
Nitpick note: team_mozillaonline and team_mozillajapan are empty/useless nongroups, but are kept as parallels to other "every employee" debris in other entries for detection later ("THESE mean EVERYONE"). It might be an anti-pattern but short of putting in formal effort of removing those entirely, I'm following the current pattern.
