Filter out HTTP health checks from papertrail #31

The yar bot search filters out the following health check endpoints, there is not much value in having these show up in papertrail and we should filter them out.

'GET /readiness' 'GET /healthz' '- - HTTP/1.0'

I have added this filter, as of 13:30 PDT, there are no further matching logged lines at papertrail.
