Worker nodes are m4 which are fairly old at this point.

This has now been applied to all kops cluster nodes/masters. We still have an outstanding item to upgrade elasticache hardware to newer types, which could be split off to a new issue an this closed.

Elasticsearch is already covered by https://github.com/mozilla-it/sumo-infra/issues/43 so calling this done.
