block-aws has been moved to its own repo we control: https://github.com/mozilla-it/block-aws/ and docker images are being built by Travis CI https://travis-ci.com/mozilla-it/block-aws and uploaded to Dockerhub https://cloud.docker.com/u/itsre/repository/docker/itsre/block-aws.
Additionally, the block-aws-networkpolicy.yaml file was unnecessary because block-aws applies that itself from an internal copy every 15 minutes -- indeed that's the whole point of it.
