Fix links and IRC in contributing.md #378

It points to a mailing list that's dead and an IRC channel that probably would be better off saying #addons:

which exact links is dead? I read your message via https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/mozilla-labs-jetpack so that one works.

Also, the #jetpack IRC channel is actually in use, it is just not very active. See http://logs.glob.uno/?c=jetpack
