Sync-to-locales is broken #5

I thought this was caused by nn-NO, since it's mentioned in the output before things break, but I'm not sure if that's the reason (that was the last commit in the repo).

If I run git diff-tree --no-commit-id --name-only last-sync main, it lists also files that are not locales

Could that be the problem instead?
