Running two experiments (early day and existing users) on about:firefoxview discoverability. Both experiments are using the same (localized) copy and string ids.

Deadline is for 72 hours from now but it's not a hard deadline (we'd like to run this in Fx126, so the earlier the better).

Actually, I realized after looking at the content that there are two experiments, but the strings are exactly the same (same content and same ID9.

We can cover this in #31, as the content to copy and paste will be the same. Sorry for the noise.
