Update Japanese styleguides #215

@gurezo This l10n guideline is specifically for the products, and the copy of original one. https://github.com/mozilla-japan/translation/wiki/L10N-Guideline

This repository is not managed by our Japanese community. You are not reviewer nor appropriate mediater of products l10n. Thank you.

@kazushi3 The changes are ok, however, this update process is irregular. So, it should be suspended now, because of unapproved process.

The original PR in our repo has closed because of INVALID PROCESS. A commit here (5befe8b) must be suspended until the author (kazushi3) commits all over again.
