Usability of Firefox and Thunderbird depends on being able to
store my passwords encrypted and on not needing to enter a master
password when starting either program. Therefore, the Master Password
must be stored in and retrieved from the system keyring (gnome keyring
in my case, but generally available via the Secret Service storage API).
