Move clientside adaptors into metadata-service #51

We have adaptors for facebook, twitter and google-play that can be abstracted behind the metadata-service API. This is following a pivot away from focus on pluggable clientside adaptors.

Main priority is to have a way we can easily add new adaptors for high traffic sites. Wikipedia would be a good place to start.
