Describe the bug Stopping a free scroll can result in a click

Steps To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to any page that requires a lot of scrolling and has lots of links in it (preferable images).
  2. Flick the screen to start a free scroll
  3. Tap a link to stop the scrolling

Expected behavior The scroll stops

Actual behavior The scrolling stops and the link is clicked

Reproduce rate Consistently

Additional context

This is not an issue on Firefox on Android.
