[Bug]: cancel button not traslated in persian and armenian #21911

Steps to reproduce Set the device language to Armenian;Have several site bookmarked;Go to the Bookmarks section; Tap the 3 dot menu from a site and select edit; Tap the trashcan icon.Expected behaviour The Cancel button should be translated. Actual behaviour The Cancel button is not translated.

Device name Oppo Find X3 Neo

Android version Android 11

Firefox release type Firefox

Firefox version 93.1.0

So the dialog gets the cancel string from android.R.string. Since it works for other languages, it seems this might be an android problem.
