[Bug] homedepot.com defaults to desktop mode

This is a regression from v3.1.0, where it worked as expected.

Steps to reproduce

• Running Fenix v3.2.0 or higher
• Open https://www.homedepot.com

Expected behavior

• Should default to mobile (note: AC Sample Browser and Chrome both do this)

Actual behavior

• Defaults to desktop

Device information

• Android device: Emulator, Pixel 2
• Fenix version: 3.2.1

I can't access homedepot.com (might be region locked), however I'm unable to reproduce the issue on latest nightly using:

wikipedia.org amazon.com ebay.com walmart.com imdb.com bbc.com

Device information

• Android device: Pixel 3 & Pixel 4 (Android 10)
• Fenix version: Latest Nightly from store (200304 Build #20640607)

Hi, I've re-checked, and wasn't able to reproduce the issue on the latest Nightly Build #20650606 from 03/05 using a Google Pixel 3 (Android 9) after navigating to the following websites:

Thank you for being so thorough @AndiAJ! I'm still able to reproduce on homedepot.com (which works as expected on Chrome), but it seems to be a very isolated problem. I'm going to update the issue to specify that it's just that one site, and mark it a low priority.

Hi, I checked with Samsung Galaxy S9 (Android 8) and Sony Xperia Z5 (Android 7) domain https://www.homedepot.com/ on latest Nightly 4/24 and the mobile version of the site seems to be displayed.

Note:

• It seems to be the same version of site as the one present on Chrome.
