[a11y] With Voiceview enabled, cannot select video to play on Youtube #317

Steps to reproduce

Enabled voiceview
Go to youtube website
Scroll a bit with 3 finger scroll
Tap one of the entries in the list
Expected behavior
Videos can be selected and site plays selected video

Actual behavior

Entries cannot be selected
In Echo Show 5, scrolling is difficult, or stops after a number of tries

Device information

Echo Show device (1st gen, 2nd gen, or 5): 2 and 5
Latest affected Firefox version: master
Earliest affected Firefox version: ?

@npark-mozilla Do you know if this is a regression?

@mcomella I tried loading 1.3 into Echo Show 5, and it looks like it has issue there as well. So it's not a regression.
