Legacy client ID does not appear to be included in deletion-request ping #329

Steps to reproduce

Install app (I built a debug build locally)
Trigger GleanDebugActivity: adb shell am start -n org.mozilla.connect.firefox/mozilla.telemetry.glean.debug.GleanDebugActivity --es tagPings connect
Open settings
Disable data upload

Expected behavior

Ping includes legacy client ID

Actual behavior

Ping does not include legacy client ID, e.g.:

Device information

Echo Show device (1st gen, 2nd gen, or 5): ?
Latest affected Firefox version: up/master: a7b5699599065f21277dc6b46e47f8dbf097a39a
Earliest affected Firefox version: ?

Maybe it's because I installed a debug build?
