Sticky headers pull away from top of screen mid-page #12413

Steps to reproduce

Go to any site with a sticky header and scroll part way down the page. Then scroll upwards with a flicking motion.

Expected behavior

The sticky headers should stay fixed to the top of the Firefox screen when not at the top of the scroll view.

Actual behavior

The sticky header briefly pulls away from the top of the view, revealing the underlying content above it.

Device & build information

Device: iPhone 13 mini
Build version: Firefox 106.2 (21661)
