ios apparently shows a notification when other devices are disconnected from FxA but no other Firefox does #13476

if you disconnect (say) a desktop device, iOS shows a push notification for that disconnection, but Desktop and Android do not. Desktop shows a notification if this device was disconnected.

It's not a big deal, but the lack of consistency should possibly be addressed?
