Page content overflows screen and unable to horizontally scroll after resizing window

Note: my first language is not English, and any help on clearer issue title and description is appreciated.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open Firefox and change to windows mode
2. Search something on Google

Expected behavior

The page correctly aligns with window width.

Actual behavior

The page is cut in the middle, and not possible to pan to the left, with some content left out.

• Device : iPad air 5, iPadOS 16.3.1
• Build version: 111.0 (29345)
• First seen version: Uncertain
