The search engine and QR code scan icons are displayed when switching between Private and Normal browsing #13712

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch FF.
  2. Switch between PB and NB.

    Expected behavior

    No extra elements should be displayed in the search bar.

    Actual behavior

    The search engine and QR code scan icons are displayed when switching between Private and Normal browsing.
