PLEASE NOTE that the metric names “sync_notifications_allowed“ and “tips_and_features_notifications_allowed“ have been shortened to sync_notifs and tips_and_features_notifs because the YAML rejects long names.

ALSO NOTE the change value for preferences.changed is already in place, https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/blob/d81c39a86db60875c0e956563bb0e7a85b7ac95c/Client/metrics.yaml#L1941 ( https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/blob/d81c39a86db60875c0e956563bb0e7a85b7ac95c/Client/metrics.yaml#L1941|smart-link ) . We are already sending the preference key and the value it changed to.
