Incorrect behavior when user chooses to close private tabs from FF widget

Steps to reproduce

1. Add Firefox Shortcuts on the Today's Widgets.
2. Open a few tabs in Private Browsing.
3. While in "Private Browsing" tabs tray, background FF and tap "Close Private Tabs" from the Firefox Shortcuts widget.

Expected behavior

The private tabs are closed and the user is returned to the session that was previously visited on the normal browsing tab.

Actual behavior

The user can see the private tabs closing and the empty "Private Browsing" section instead of being returned to the previously visited normal browsing tab.

Device: iPhone SE (15.4) iPhone 16+ (16.0.3)

Notes !! In order to reproduce this issue, the user needs to background FF while in private browsing tabs tray, it doesn't reproduce if FF app is closed.

Verified as fixed on v132 (46208), with iPhone 15 (17.5).
