Getting lastUsed value of 0 from Sync #15869

Steps to reproduce

Unfortunately I don't have good steps. We are seeing this on an employees machine when they sync their iPhone to desktop.

When looking at the sync data, lastUsed is 0.

Expected behavior

lastUsed should have a value

Actual behavior

lastUsed should never be 0.

Device & build information

I am debugging this on Firefox View and seeing the lastUsed 0 value Attachments: image

I'm not sure what the best way to proceed is, but wanted to report it.

Tabs listed in the Firefox View feature on desktop that have synced from iOS should now show the correct timestamp.

Validated this issue using v116.1 (33291) The timestamps look correctly.
