Update the base privacy policy link in the Review Checker opt-in screen

We have updated the Privacy Policy to clearly explain the minimal nature of data that's collected and processed during Review Checker use in Firefox. We now need to update the:

• Fakespot Privacy Policy link in the opt-in screen - https://www.fakespot.com/privacy-policy?utm_source=review-checker&utm_campaign=privacy-policy&utm_medium=in-product&utm_term=opt-in-screen
• to the Firefox Privacy Policy link - https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/firefox?utm_source=review-checker&utm_campaign=privacy-policy&utm_medium=in-product&utm_term=opt-in-screen

All the utm tags remain the same in the new link.

Here are the strings we should use:

These are updated in the string inventory.

As before, these notes are important to include in the code for localization:

Chris Peterson To clarify: The utm tags should stay the same as in the links above or should they stay the same as the previous links (there were none for the old links)? Additionally the Firefox Privacy Policy link has a language identifier en-US in it - does that need to be changed based on the users language preference (e.g. a German user would have a language identifier de-DE)?

Confirming the base URL change. Localization changes are not merged yet
