[Autofill Addresses] Field validation is not implemented #19236

Steps to reproduce

Desktop App & iOS App : Log into the apps using the same FXA Desktop App: Navigate to Settings -> Privacy and Security -> AutoFill ->Saved Address Desktop App: Update an address, add some invalid values for some fields
iOS App: Wait for the sync process to finish iOS App: Navigate to Setting -> Autofill Addresses and check for the updated address

Expected behavior

Basic validation should be in place. Need the design team recommendation

Actual behavior

Invalid fields are synced
