Display effective TLD in url text field #19348

In the display state the registrable domain (effective TLD + 1) should be shown in the URL bar. The domain should be shown in a different color from other url components. The registrable domain has to be visible fully to the user. In the case where the eTLD is not too long, the URL is shown centered without any subdirectories.
