Based on placement(top/bottom) of the URL Toolbar, there are specific rules for border of the URL and Navigation Toolbar.

Top Placement of URL Toolbar: For all modes, border color of Navigation Toolbar is always visible.

Bottom Placement of URL Toolbar: For all modes, border color of Navigation Toolbar is always hidden.

Validated on v9000(44662), with iPhone 15 (17.5).

Verified as fixed on v133 (46984) with iPhone 15 Pro (18.2).

It works well with both scenarios Top and Bottom ✅
