[Address Autofill] - US - https://www.homedepot.com - autofill is not working for all fields

Steps to reproduce

1. Make sure you are using a US VPN connection
2. Open homedepot.com and Navigate to the Address form
3. Tap on any of the address's fields
4. Tap 'Use Saved address'
5. Tap to select an address on the list

Expected behavior

All fields are autocompleted

Actual behavior

Only Phone no and Zip Code fields are autofilled

Verified as fixed on v9000(40626), with iPhone 14 Pro Max (16.2).
