[Address Autofill] - US - apple.com - 'Use Saved address' option is not available for any of the address fields #19436

Steps to reproduce

Make sure you are using a US VPN connection Open apple.com and Navigate to the Address form Tap on any of the address's fields

Expected behavior

'Use Saved address' option is available for user to autofill the address's fields

Actual behavior

'Use Saved address' option is not available

Verified as fixed on version v9000(40658) using iPhone 14 Pro Max (16.2).
