For QA, please test actions surrounding the modal view for the survey:

dismissing the survey via the close button (this should also close the prompt)
dragging down the handle to dismiss the survey (this should not close the prompt)
tapping on the privacy policy notice

Validated as fixed on v130 (44311) and iPhone 15+ (17.5.1)
