Adapt EditAddressViewController support adding a new address. This includes form fields for address details and validation to ensure all necessary information is correctly entered.

Verified as fixed using v131(45602) and iPhone 14+ (17.0.3), iPhone 15+ (18.0) and iPad Pro 4th gen (17.2).
