[Tab tray refactor] - Synced tabs weird behavior #20417

Steps to reproduce

Sign in and sync with an existent FxA account.
Go to tab tray and open a new tab either in normal or private browsing mode.
Go to synced tabs section and observe.

Expected behavior Synced tabs are instantly and correctly displayed.

Actual behavior For a couple of seconds, you are informed that you need to sign in in order to see the synced tabs.

Verified as fixed on v9000 (43268), with iPhone 15 (17.5).
