[iPad Multi-Window] Newly opened windows in Slide-Over mode contain the top tab section #20471

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch Firefox.
  2. Tap on the 3 dot button and then Slide Over and select Firefox.
  3. Select the window that is opened in slide over and tap on the 3 dot button.
  4. From the bottom of the screen tap on the + New Window.
  5. Observe the URL bar and Tabs bar at the top.

    Expected behavior

    The Tab bar should not be displayed when opening a new window in slide-over mode.

    Actual behavior

    Newly opened windows in Slide-Over mode contain the top tab section

    • Device: iPad Pro (16.4.1).
    • Build version: v9000 (42305)

Verified as fixed on v128 (42870) with iPad Pro (16.4.1).
