[iPad Multi-Window] - The window displaying the addresses list is NOT blurred while in background #20519

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch FF and open two FF windows with split-view.
  2. Log in with an existing account that has at least one saved address.
  3. Open addresses section on one of the windows and put the app in background.
  4. Observe.

Expected behavior The window displaying the addresses list is blurred while in background.

Actual behavior The window displaying the addresses list is NOT blurred while in background.

The address list, password list, and other sensitive VCs share the same parent class, so this bug is the same defect as https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-9289 ( https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-9289|smart-link ).
