Show menu badge based on sync state #20577

Depending on the sync state of the user’s account a badge should be shown on the menu icon. (see appMenuBadgeUpdate() in BrowserViewController)

Alina Moldovan this badge is shown on the menu button if there is errors in the sync state. Unfortunately there is no way to trigger it manually that I know of.
