[iPad Multi-Window] FF is not blurred while being in CC section when adding the app to app switcher #20582

Steps to reproduce

  1. Launch FF and open it in split view.
  2. Login with a valid account and in one of the windows open the Credit card section.
  3. Add FF to the background (both windows).
  4. While being in the app switcher (and both FF windows are displayed).

Expected behavior

The window that is opened with the CC manager should be blurred.

Actual behavior

FF is not blurred while being in the PWD section when adding the app to the app switcher

Notes

The issue reproduces using FF v9000 (42550) and iPad Pro 4th gen (17.2) & iPad Pro (16.4.1) The issue doesn't reproduce using FF v9000 (42550) and iPad Air 3rd gen (17.5)

I believe this is a similar issue to https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-9289 ( https://mozilla-hub.atlassian.net/browse/FXIOS-9289|smart-link ).

I verified that the blur view is installed but it looks like on older versions of iPadOS the window thumbnails are not always being updated quickly enough to be visible in the app switcher. Alina Moldovan This appears to be an iPadOS bug; as long as it is working correctly in 17.5+ we can safely close.

Moving the bag back to QA needed to be rechecked using beta builds and iOS version >= 17.5

Verified as fixed on v128 (43182) with iPad Pro (16.4.1), iPad Air 3rd gen (17.5).
