Fix send to device Context Menu option from tab long press showing Send To Device still with logged in user #20637

In order to reproduce the issue you have to be logged into the app using an FxA account. Also the "send to device" option is available only for the the tabs that are not bookmarked and the share menu opens instead of the send to device menu

Steps to reproduce

  1. Log into a Fx account
  2. Open some tabs that are not bookmarked websits
  3. Long press tab tray for the context menu to come up
  4. Observe the behavior

Expected behavior

There is no option for Send to Device

Actual behavior

There’s an option for Send to Device

Verified as fixed using v127.1 (42781) using iPhone 15+ (17.4.1) & iPad Pro 4th Gen (17.2)
