Adjust CFR colors to improve accessibility #20695

Hi team, I'm looking to make some updates to our CFR colors. This would affect the layerGradient token.

Over on Android, we did an audit and found that the lighter value used in the CFR is currently not accessible with the white text, so I'd like to update that for iOS as well.

Current values used are: Violet 70 #592ACB Violet 40 #AB71FF

New proposed values: Violet 70 #592ACB Violet 60 #7542E5

Here is an example of what it will look like in Figma.

Updated this in Figma and in the changelog. Thanks!

Verified as fixed on v9000 (43308) with iPhone 15 Pro (17.5.1).
