Hi! Thank you for reporting this. If possible, can you share your crash logs? (https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/wiki/How-to-get-your-Firefox-logs ( https://github.com/mozilla-mobile/firefox-ios/wiki/How-to-get-your-Firefox-logs|smart-link ) )

If Firefox crashes there wouldn’t be any significant impact to the OS or the device after the process was terminated (any memory it was using would be freed, and there aren’t any background processes from Firefox that would be consuming CPU cycles so there is nothing which would cause lag). We would need some additional information to be able to diagnose this, either crash logs, a stacktrace, or steps to reproduce etc.
Hello, please note that I was not able to reproduce this issue on v9000 (43298) with iPhone 15 Pro (17.5.1). @coder1max can you still repro this issue? Can you attach any crash logs?
Steps to reproduce
I have no idea, it happens randomly when I'm on a webpage, today it happened on the Instagram website but it can depend.
Expected behavior
The app doesn't crash and continue to load the content.
Actual behavior
The screen goes black for one or two seconds and the Firefox app closes itself. Then for thirty seconds my iPhone is laggy, I can't do many things since every move has latence on my phone, but after a few moments it goes back to normal.
