Text overlap when scrolling fast (data management section) #20866

Steps to reproduce

Install FF and navigate to some websites in order to save some website data.
Go to data management, tap on website data-->show more and start scrolling fast up and down.

Expected behavior The data content is correctly displayed.

Actual behavior "Website data" text intermittently overlaps the data content.

Device: iPhone 15 (17.4), iPhone SE (17.5)
Build version: v9000 (43147)
