Add saved credit card form does not clear when closed via swipe

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to settings > payment methods
2. Click the “+” button in the navigation bar
3. Fill in the credit card details form
4. Close the “Add card” sheet by swiping it down
5. Click the “+” button in the navigation bar again

Expected behavior ”Add card” form is cleared

Actual behavior ”Add card” form is filled out with previously entered data

• Build version: main/v129

Notes

• “Add card” form is cleared when clicking “close” from the navigation bar, and the behaviors should be the same
• Similar forms such as adding a saved login or address are cleared when closed via swipe

Verified as fixed on v129 (43869), with iPhone 15 (17.5).
