[Access][Dynamic text] Toast messages buttons are not scaled correctly #20911

Steps to reproduce

Make sure the device is set to use Larger Text set to the max size
Open a webpage and download a doc
Observe the buttons on the download toast messages

Expected behavior

All elements of the toast messages are correctly scaled

Actual behavior

Toast messages buttons are not scaled correctly

Device: iPhone 15+ (17.4.1)
Build version: v128 (43182)

The same issue reproduces for all Toast messages: E.g.:
