Navigating to privacy notice from the microsurvey in private tab mode causes the tab to be open in normal mode.

Validated as fixed on v130 (44311) and iPhone 15+ (17.5.1)

Confirming that:

tapping on the privacy notice link from normal browsing mode opens a new normal browsing tab
tapping on the privacy notice link from private browsing mode opens a new private browsing tab
