Website data table collapses when cell is selected #21026

Steps to reproduce:

Open up a few different websites as to accumulate some website data
Go to Settings → Data Management → Website Data
Press “Show more”
Select any cell (website)

Expected Behavior:

Table does not collapse, allowing users to continue selecting websites

Actual Behavior:

Table collapses back to its original state

Verified as fixed on v129 (43869), with iPhone 15 (17.5).
