[Mobile Microsurveys] [iPad] - The microsurvey is sometimes triggered at the 3rd homepage access [Intermittent] #21032

Steps to reproduce

  1. Fresh install FF and acces the homepage two times.
  2. Observe.

Expected behavior The microsurvey prompt is displayed.

Actual behavior Sometimes, you need to access the homepage 3 times in order to trigger the microsurvey.
